Most of the work performed is in house, Steve does not outsource the work to subcontractors, unless necessary. There are a few subcontractors Steve does work with in order to help the job run smoothly and uninterrupted. These few subs have been working with Steve’s crew for years and have to meet the Boyd quality criteria.
